Case-Halstead Public Library
Case-Halstead is the public library for the City of Carlyle, Illinois. The library was dedicated in 1938, and is a member of the Lewis & Clark Library System.

Thanksgiving: The Great American Holiday
- Penelope Bingham presented an interesting talk concerning Thanksgiving. Penelope brought along books of hers to help explain the history, facts and myths of Thanksgiving. Her talk was given at the Clinton County Historical Building in Carlyle, Il. on Tuesday, November 16. This Progam was organized by Case Halstead Library in conjunction with the Illinois Humanities Council.
